I obtained my Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, where I did my thesis work in the laboratory of Rudolf Jaenisch, MD, focusing on transcriptional regulation in stem cells. I then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital / Harvard Medical School in under the mentorship of Christopher Walsh, MD/PhD, focused on single-cell genomics and somatic mutations. I started my group at UMass Chan Medical School in 2019.
