Code of Conduct for ARDD
Commitment to Respect and Inclusivity

At ARDD, we are dedicated to fostering an environment of respect, inclusivity, and open intellectual engagement. We expect all participants to contribute to this atmosphere in every interaction.
Prohibited Conduct

We do not tolerate any form of illegal or unprofessional conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment of any nature, discrimination, destruction of property, and violation of alcohol consumption laws.
Harassment and Discrimination

Harassment, whether verbal or physical, and discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, age, or disability, are strictly prohibited. Harassment includes unwanted contact, derogatory comments, and unwelcome sexual advances.
Reporting Violations

Immediate reporting of any violations is crucial. Reports can be made to the Conference Chair or any ARDD representative. An objective review of each case will be conducted, respecting the privacy and concerns of all parties involved.
Enforcement

Violations of this code may result in appropriate actions, including but not limited to barring individuals from future conferences or legal actions.
