Andrea Cipriano is Director of Immunology at Eli Lilly and an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine. His expertise lies at the intersection of immune aging, epigenetics of aging, stem cell biology, biomarkers, and drug development. He is also an Executive Committee member of the Biomarkers of Aging Consortium, where he contributes to advancing the development, validation, and translation of biomarkers to measure biological aging and guide interventions aimed at improving healthspan. His work focuses on understanding how aging reshapes immune cell identity and function, with the goal of translating these insights into therapeutic strategies that restore immune fitness and target the biology of aging.
