Assistant Professor · Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Eric obtained an AB in Chemistry and Physics and an SM in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University. He completed his PhD in Biomedical Informatics at Stanford University, where his research involved building computational methods for spatial and single-cell omics and machine learning tools to track cellular aging in the brain. In early 2026, Eric joined the Department of Biological Engineering at MIT and the Ragon Institute as an Assistant Professor, where his lab develops computational and machine learning tools to decode the biology of aging across multiple scales.
