Lisa Melton

Lisa Melton is Senior News Editor at Nature Biotechnology. Lisa has a PhD in Immunology and a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Buenos Aires. She moved to the UK to work as a postdoc at the National Institutes of Medical Research in London and later switched to science journalism at the Novartis Foundation. Lisa has written for The Economist, New Scientist, Scientific American, The Observer and The Times, and for the last 15 years has reported and edited biotech news with a translational focus for Nature Biotechnology and Nature.
