Philipp is Adult Health Lead at Nestlé Research. In this role, Philipp is responsible for Nestlé’s research program that drives innovations to help consumers and patients meet daily nutritional goals, proactively manage health, and address unmet needs of people living with chronic diseases. Priority areas include healthy longevity and women’s health, building on emerging science in aging research and gender-specific biology. Since 2017, Philipp is part of the leadership team of the Nestlé Institute of Health Sciences, which is located at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) and at the Nestlé Research Campus in Lausanne. A German native, Philipp graduated from Heidelberg Medical School prior to working in Academia at the University of California and the Gladstone Institutes in San Francisco, USA.
